Account Manager

Located in the South Charlotte area, we are a well establish international sourcing company that specialized in custom manufacturing solutions. We have been around for over 30 years and continue to be a leading provider in the industry. We are looking for a an experience Account Manager to join our growing team. 

The Account Manager I is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and aligning services to meet their objectives while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing performance metrics and value added services.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and logistics to ensure delivery of services and products that meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand service offerings to existing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer service roles.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in ERP, MRP systems, and experience with NetSuite or similar platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
