Account Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales growth within the retail sector. The Account Manager will also leverage EDI expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement account strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.
Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
Strong understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and its application in business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive decision-making.
Familiarity with the automotive sector and sales techniques is a plus.
