We service numerous agencies, builders & developers with a focus on the California market, with offices in both Southern and Northern California! We are looking for talented Job Captains to join our team in our San Ramon office as we continue to grow and expand. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for creating architectural drawings and plans, from concept design to construction documents. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations while working side-by-side with Senior Planners, Designers, and Project Managers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
- 2+ Year Experience in Architecture as a Job Captain/Project Manager
- Knowledge of a wide variety of residential project types including but not limited to low density, single-family, duplex, multi-family, and mixed-use
- Single-family designe experience requried
- Ability to oversee the work of architects and craftsmen and ensure the quality of the whole architectural operation while providing support to Senior Planners & Project Managers
- Understanding of technical aspects of drawings and submittal packages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required, Sketchup experience experience a plus!
- Ability to report to office in San Ramon (this is an in-office position)
