Job Title: Associate Attorney - Labor Law
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $110K-$200K DOE
Requirements: Juris Doctor, Admission to NY State Bar, Personal Injury Law, Plaintiff, Labor Law
- Interact with clients and medical professionals
- Review and evaluate medical records and causation
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses
- Prepare for and attend virtual and in-person court appearances
- Conduct depositions and attend 50H hearings and/or EUOs, trials
- Enter into settlement negotiations with opposing counsel, mediations
- JD with Admission to the NY state bar association; preference for admittance to both NY & NJ bars
- Experience practicing personal injury law and labor law cases
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
- Experience with legal drafting and litigation procedures
- Bonus points for bilingual speakers
