An established full service law firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join their growing team. This position is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of experience handling complex business or real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, partnership agreements, and purchase agreements.
Offer:
$150k-$250k+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in transactional law (business or real estate)
Expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents
Advising clients on structuring and closing deals
Conducting due diligence and managing all phases of transactions
Representing clients in negotiations across various industries
