The Role
As an Audit Supervisor, you'll oversee audit engagements from planning to completion, working directly with clients and mentoring junior staff. This position offers remote work flexibility to support a strong work-life balance while allowing you to advance your career in public accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements for clients across a range of industries, including Non-Profit, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.
Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring adherence to GAAP and firm standards.
Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants, providing guidance on technical and engagement-related issues.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to clients.
Collaborate with management on review of work papers and client deliverables.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification.
3-5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on audits.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures.
Experience with audit software (e.g., CaseWare) is preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry experience in Non-Profit, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
Familiarity with cloud-based audit tools and technology.
