We are looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll & Bookkeeping professional to join our team. You must possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with numbers as well as multitasking and staying organized. You will be responsible for all payroll, bookkeeping and related activities for our business.

What You Will Be Doing

You will manage the payroll process, including entering payroll information, keeping accurate records, updating employee information and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. You will also handle bookkeeping tasks, such as creating and maintaining financial records, balancing accounts, preparing and making bank deposits and reconciling accounts.

What You Need for this Position

At least 1 years of experience in Payroll & Bookkeeping. QuickBooks, Payroll, Multi-State Payroll, and Sales Tax Reporting experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized.

What's In It for You

This position pays between $40,000 and $60,000 annually. There are no benefits associated with this role. However, you may be eligible for bonuses and commissions based on performance.
