Branch Manager
Position Overview
Based in Pensacola, FL, we're a full service fire sprinkler and alarm contractor with a long history of success. We've been around for over 30 years and have grown consistently and organically. Our footprint spands across 4 states and we've got a great reputation for delivering quality projects and services to all of our clients.
Currently, we are looking for a strong business leader who can manage and grow our branch in Pensacola, FL. This branch has roughly 50 employees and delivers fire sprinkler and fire alarm new construction, service and inspections to large clients all around the local region.
- Manager $8M+ in P&L business revenue
- Assist and supervise the sale, design, fabrication, installation, and service of fire protection systems
- Review and analyze financial P&L eports to find and implement new courses of action for improvement
- Develop and oversee reports and proposals as required for that division office
- Collaborate with corporate marketing efforts to grow division presence
- Grow division client base
- Participate in local trade group/association functions
- Consider long-range economic trends and industry prospects for future growth in overall sales, market share, acquisitions, and/or expansion into new market areas
- Estimate requirements for capital, land, buildings, equipment and personnel
- Direct the hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures of company members
- Institute and monitor employee training and development programs
- Implement and manage an employee annual review program
- Work with company executives to grow a successful division
