Client Accounting and Advisory Services Manager
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid)
Salary: $90k-$130k
We are seeking a Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly close procedures, preparing accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Analyze financial data, calculate KPIs, and present insights to clients, helping them understand and optimize their financial position.
Manage client engagements, from onboarding to ongoing advisory services, while ensuring seamless delivery and satisfaction.
Mentor and lead team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining alignment with our firm's core values.
Identify opportunities for additional services, draft proposals, and deliver strategic financial recommendations tailored to client needs.
Support special client projects, including cost studies, breakeven analysis, budget preparation, and cash flow projections.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Active CPA or EA license.
3+ years of public accounting experience or 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Familiarity with tools like Ultra Tax, SurePrep, Accounting CS, or QuickBooks is a plus.
