Clinic Supervisor

Practice Overview
We are a boutique agency specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, committed to excellence and ethical care for children and young adults diagnosed with Autism and their families. 

Position Overview
The Clinic Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow. This position is responsible for managing staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage clinic staff to ensure optimal performance and patient care.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and manage appointment systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of care and service.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee clinical operations to ensure quality assurance and patient safety.
  • Manage clinic budget and financial performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues among staff or with patients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and secure patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Foster positive patient relations and address patient inquiries or concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (required)
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field (required for BCBAs)
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in ABA
  • Willingness to travel
  • Familiarity with technologies like Google Workspace and Central Reach (preferred)
