CNC Machinist

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision parts that meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with various CNC controls and a strong understanding of machining processes and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure the quality of parts produced meets tolerance requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize precision tools and measurement equipment to check the dimensions and quality of machined parts.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machining processes and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with knowledge of CNC machining processes.
Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Mazatrol, and Okuma is a plus.
Strong understanding of precision machining, fabrication, and tolerance requirements.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
Experience with a variety of machinery including hydraulic presses, band saws, and drill presses.
Knowledge of safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Sign On Bonus

We offer a sign on bonus in the amount of $2,000 to be paid after six months of satisfactory employment performance. We also offers employee referral bonuses in the amount of $1,000 per referral to be paid after the referred employee completed six months of satisfactory employment performance.
