NOTE: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee diverse construction projects located in Southern Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting and construction management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet client specifications. This role offers the opportunity to work within various sectors, including commercial, educational, retail, healthcare, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Manage project teams, including superintendents, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and community organizations.
Evaluate bids, manage self-performed trade work, and negotiate subcontracts.
Assist with estimating and manage project schedules.
Lead job progress meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
Ensure jobsite safety and adherence to contracts and industry standards.
Track project profitability and manage billing, change orders, and documentation.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in all phases of the construction process.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proven ability to lead and manage project teams.
Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with estimating carpentry, concrete, and masonry is a plus.
Must be a committed team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scheduling software, such as ProCore.
