Position Overview: As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with commercial clients in need of roofing solutions, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored recommendations and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial roofing projects
Collaborate with project managers and estimators to deliver accurate and timely proposals
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Attend industry events and build a network of potential clients
Work with the production team to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Solid understanding of the commercial roofing industry
Experience in new construction and reroofs
Strong business development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Thorough understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to commercial roofing.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
