We are seeking a driven, competitive, and highly analytical Commissions Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting over 1,000 sales associates by ensuring accurate commission calculations and providing insightful sales reporting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take full ownership of their data, and become the go-to expert on sales data, identifying key trends, spotting inconsistencies, and providing clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculate and process commissions for a large sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Track and analyze daily sales data to identify trends and out-of-trend figures that need attention.
Proactively communicate with executives about data anomalies and collaborate to create realignment strategies.
Ensure data integrity across financial models, commission tracking, and compensation adjustments.
Prepare P&L reports and other key performance metrics, offering concise, data-driven recommendations for leadership.
Quickly adapt and present alternative strategies when executives seek additional insights or potential solutions.

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for complex modeling, large datasets, and data visualization.
Strong background in financial analysis, with expertise in P&L reporting, trend analysis, and sales metrics.
A competitive, results-oriented approach with a natural curiosity for uncovering data insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively and think on your feet during executive discussions.
