At least 5+ years of experience in commercial construction and 3+ years Construction healthcare Industry is required for this position. Project Manager over all or some of the following Healthcare Construction Sectors:
- Healthcare Construction Projects
- Operating Room Projects
- Patient Care Projects
- Medical Facilities/Offices Projects
-In Hospital Renovation Work
-Labs, Imaging. Radiology Rooms
-Clinic/Rehab/Care Center, Nursing, ICU Projects
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, setting deadlines, and overseeing the completion of construction projects
-This includes developing budgets, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
-Develop, implement, & confirm project goals as a core team member of each project team
-Process subcontractor & contract change orders
-Evaluate progress & prepare detailed reports for each project
