Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end custom home building and Commercial (multi-family, office space, industrial) construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence while maintaining high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-end custom home and commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project milestones are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project quality and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and enforce safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports, change orders, and invoicing.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets high-end standards.
• Manage project changes and adjustments, responding effectively to client needs and project challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end custom homes and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
