We are one of the largest privately owned Land Development and construction groups in Texas. We are a premier affordable community and residences construction group that offers a variety of floorplans.

Position Overview:
The Director of Land Acquisitions & Development will lead strategic initiatives in securing and developing land for various projects. This role involves overseeing land acquisition processes, managing development projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations and community standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development and acquisition, as well as experience in infrastructure construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
Negotiate and execute land purchase agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on development projects.
Manage the due diligence process for land acquisitions, including zoning, permits, and environmental assessments.
Oversee infrastructure construction projects to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, including Homeowners Associations (HOAs).
Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to support land acquisition decisions.
Prepare and present reports on land development projects to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ Years of Experience in Land Acquisition and Development.
Strong knowledge of land development processes and regulations.
Experience in infrastructure construction projects is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to oversee projects and meet stakeholders.
