Title: Director of Operations
Location: Hebron, OH 43025 (20 minutes east of Columbus)
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + 7% Bonus + Relocation $$
Founded in 1911 we are a 700 employee manufacturer of air care, cleaning, water treatment, sewage maintenance & sanitizing products for commercial and industrial markets. We service a variety of industries within these markets including education, healthcare, food processing & government services. Over the past 2 years we've experience a 6% headcount growth primarily focused around operations as we continue to expand our product line and gain market share in the space. For this Director of Operations position you will manage a team of 30 at our Hebron facility and will work closely with our process, quality, mechanical & manufacturing teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Meet production goals and manage workflow
- Review closed out completed production orders to ensure accuracy
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure the our operation meets internal and external regulatory and ISO compliancy
- Work w/ Production Managers & Supervisors to assess hourly employee performance, appraisals, raises and discipline
- Work alongside the quality department to create new standards
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or closely related field is ideal
- 5+ years of management experience within a chemical manufacturing plant
- Experience working as a Chemical Engineer ideal
- Operations Experience (Blending, Filling, Hourly staff management)
- Ability to mentor and develop talent as we're looking for a servant leader mindset
