Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled ERP Business Analyst / Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our ERP system, focusing on Epicor, by analyzing business processes, developing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ERP solutions.
Develop and customize ERP applications using SQL and Epicor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities and streamline workflows.
Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing technical support for ERP users.
Document system changes, technical specifications, and user manuals to ensure clarity and continuity.
Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SQL and Epicor ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and software development principles.
Experience with C# and .NET framework for application customization.
Familiarity with business process analysis and integration techniques.
Knowledge of reporting and scripting to enhance ERP functionality.
Experience working in Agile methodologies and contributing to collaborative projects.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong documentation and user interface design skills.
