- Review and analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop detailed takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment required
- Prepare bid proposals and ensure that estimates align with company standards
- Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project success
- Attend project meetings, pre-bid meetings, and site visits as required
- 2+ years of Commercial/Industrial Construction Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong, Competitive base salary ranging from $80k - $110k
