We provide HVAC packages and installations for new construction communities such as in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) market, and existing single-family investment properties in the residential market.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform installation of duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings.
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturing specifications.
- Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, which includes brazing and soldering.
What You Need for this Position:
- Minimum of three years' experience in HVAC Installation
- Experience with all types of HVAC equipment (package units, split heat pumps and gas).
- EPA Certification Required
- NATE Certification Preferred
- Ability to follow controls/wiring schematic.
- Understand & know how to read Blueprints
