Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technology Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of advanced technology systems in our field operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience working with GPS, GNSS, telematics, and 3D machine control systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to lead the integration of innovative tools and systems that drive efficiency and precision in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the deployment and management of GPS, GNSS, telematics, and 3D machine control systems across various projects.
Provide technical guidance and training to field staff to ensure optimal use of technology solutions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and equipment operators to enhance operational efficiency through technology integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to field technology systems.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades to current systems.
Maintain documentation and records of equipment usage, performance, and updates.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction technology, engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of telematics, GPS, BIM modeling, and stringless concrete technologies
