Finance Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Finance Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and guidance on various financing transactions, including complex financing structures, asset-based lending, and financing for healthcare organizations. The role involves working closely with clients to navigate the intricacies of finance law, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and assisting in the structuring of tax-exempt financing options.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on complex financing transactions and structures.
Draft, review, and negotiate financing documentation and agreements.
Advise clients on asset-based lending and secure transactions.
Assist in financing transactions related to healthcare organizations.
Offer expertise in 501(c)(3) organizations and tax-exempt financing.
Guide clients through the application of LIHTC and other tax credits.
Facilitate compliance with state and federal regulations in financing.
Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to financing.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in a state bar association.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance law or related fields.
Strong knowledge of complex financing transactions and structures.
Experience with asset-based lending and healthcare financing.
Familiarity with 501(c)(3) regulations and tax-exempt financing.
Proficiency in tax credits, including LIHTC and historic tax credits.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
