- Perform geotechnical engineering on various private sector projects including commercial, residential, and various civil work
- Work closely with clients and track project expenses to ensure actual work is performed within budget
- Prepare proposals including detailed cost estimates to forecast project schedule and profitability
- Write/review/seal final reports prior to submittal to the client for completeness and accuracy
- Develop and implement actions needed to achieve or exceed project goals
- Assist with business development, working closely with the branch manager to identify new opportunities
- Support and mentor junior staff
- 3+ years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering
- P.E. preferred (E.I.T. required)
- Bachelor's in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related field
- Experience working in commercial, residential, or other private sector projects
