Title: Graphic Designer
Location: ONSITE in North Hollywood Monday - Thursday (Work from home on Fridays)
We are seeking a designer to join our events agency. You will be supporting the Art Team as well as the Sales and Production teams. You will oversee the visual aesthetic of our events, ensuring they are visually stunning, engaging, and memorable for our clients.

We are looking for someone who also loves being a maker and hands on team player, can take direction, and execute quickly. Someone who is creative with ideas when it comes to all types of media, from digital to experiential.
The Role & Essential Functions
- Creative professional with a passion for visual storytelling and design. Interest in the events industry is also a must.
- Ability to bring innovative concepts to life and craft visual narratives that engage and inspire audiences.
- Proficiency in developing proposals, presentation materials, and designing event collateral, including invitations, signage, and stage layouts.
- Versatile skillset with a keen eye for details
- Close collaboration with the events team to create cohesive themes and memorable client experiences
- Ensures creative outputs to adhere to our brand standards and are meticulously are proofed for quality
- Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Bonus but not required if you have skills in motion design or video edition
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles for both print and digital platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with supplies and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
- Supports internal marketing initiatives, including sales presentations and case study creation.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environments
Requirements
- AA or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a design role, preferably in-house or for an agency
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects
- Knowledge of current design trends and principles.
- Familiarity with project management workflow tools such as Monday and Notion.
- Ability to travel for onsite and out-of-town events if needed.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Preferred Education/Experience (but not required)
- Experience in working within the events arena, including live and virtual events, as well as meeting and conventions
- Environmental design experience is a plus
- Experience in budgeting for event design is a plus
