Job Title: Heavy Civil Foreman + Earthwork
Hourly: $35 - $45

We are a prominent leader in the construction industry in Arizona, specializes in civil construction and infrastructure projects (earthwork, mass grading & excavation, roadway, curb, storm drain, bridge & flatwork). With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and reliability, we have been delivering quality projects across the state, ranging from complex urban improvements to critical infrastructure development.
Due to growth we're looking for a Foreman experienced in:
-Heavy Civil Construction experience (earthwork, mass grading, roadway, curb, storm drain, bridge & flatwork)
-Experience successfully working on large projects
-Local travel only

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
- Communicate effectively construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure expectations are set and met.
- Proactively address potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate project risks.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in project management experience with heavy civil projects
- Schedule and manage equipment and crew needs with project Superintendent, Project Manager, and support staff throughout the duration of the project and report any mechanical, maintenance and staffing issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, time sheets, etc., and complete timely submission to appropriate team members and support staff.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Offer suggestions for value-added ideas at the field level
- Attend final punch list walkthrough with owner and project manager
