Position Overview
The HVAC Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of HVAC service and maintenance contracts to commercial clients. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The representative will work closely with the service team to support client relationships and promote ongoing maintenance and service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential commercial clients for HVAC service sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored service solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals for HVAC service and maintenance contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with the service and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or related mechanical service sales.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
