Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with a strong background in Azure B2C to manage and enhance our identity and access management systems. This role will focus on implementing best practices and ensuring the security and efficiency of identity management processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Azure B2C.
Manage user identities, roles, and access rights to ensure security and compliance.
Integrate and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML, OpenID, and OAUTH.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce IAM policies and standards.
Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and vulnerabilities.
Develop automation scripts in Python and Ansible to streamline IAM processes.
Provide support and troubleshooting for identity-related issues.
Stay current with IAM trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IAM Engineer, with a strong focus on B2C and Azure environments.
In-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management principles and technologies.
Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, and related IAM tools.
Familiarity with RBAC, ABAC, and other access control models.
Understanding of security frameworks and standards such as SSAE 18 and SOX.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and automation tools like Ansible.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
