The Regional Engineer is a highly collaborative and technical position responsible for leading and participating in projects, providing technical advice, and managing a wide range of engineering and construction-related activities for geotechnical foundation solutions. This position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work well with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. The Regional Engineer will work closely with colleagues in the office and in the field, to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate all engineering and construction activities
Monitor ongoing projects and provide advice and guidance on technical matters
Lead the development of lead generation initiatives and sales activities
Develop civil engineering plans and geotechnical designs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Coordinate bidding and proposal processes and provide technical solutions
Monitor project costs and budgets
Qualifications:
Professional Engineering (PE) license in Indiana
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in civil engineering and/or geotechnical engineering
Knowledge of analysis techniques and geotechnical engineering principles
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other engineering software
Experience with lead generation, sales, bidding, and proposal processes (nice to have)
