Responsibilities:

Develop compelling case themes
Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
Work collaboratively in teams
Communicate routinely with clients
Cultivate client relationships
Provide leadership to less experienced attorneys

Requirements:

JD from an ABA approved school
State license to practice law
3+ years of solid litigation experience
Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
Insurance defense experience preferred; construction defect experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in MS Suite
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
