Job Captain - Corporate Interiors

Position Overview
The Job Captain - Corporate Interiors will play a vital role in leading and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. This position involves collaborating with architects, designers, and clients to create innovative and functional workplace environments that meet the needs of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage corporate interior design projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and prepare presentations for clients.
Produce high-quality construction documentation and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants during the construction phase to ensure design intent is met.
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals related to interior design elements.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial interior design.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software.
Strong understanding of workplace interiors and corporate environments.
Experience with construction documentation and managing construction documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
