Position Overview:

Lead Oracle Fusion Administrator (Remote flex)

The Lead Oracle Fusion Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment for the organization. This is a remote flex position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Fusion, administration, and knowledge of ERP, EPM, and OTM.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment for the organization.
Perform daily administrative tasks including system configurations, security management, and user management.
Ensure the reliability, integrity, and availability of the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
Provide support for any issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Coordinate with IT teams to implement patches and upgrades to the Oracle Fusion environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for Oracle Fusion administration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Experience with ERP, EPM, and OTM systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion administration and configuration.
Experience with managing security and user access in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Knowledge of patching and upgrading procedures for Oracle Fusion.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
