The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal matters in the iGaming space, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property disputes, and high-stakes litigation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on issues related to iGaming law and regulations
Work on the litigation team for active clients
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Assist in case strategy development and execution
Participate in client meetings and court appearances
Stay current on developments in iGaming law and related fields
Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex cases

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to iGaming or related industries (e.g., technology, entertainment, gambling)
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
Admission to the D.C. Bar
Knowledge of federal and state gambling laws and regulations is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
