Job Title: Litigation Associate (Mass Torts)
Job Location:  Raleigh, NC 
Salary: $120,000-$180,000 

ABOUT US:

We are a boutique law firm that does commercial law and complex litigation. We have multiple offices throughout North Carolina and represent clients regionally and nationally.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle mass tort matters as part of our litigation team

  • Manage cases in South Carolina and North Carolina

  • Investigate litigation matters

  • Argue and defend motions

  • Take and defend depositions

  • Participate in trial 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • J.D. from Accredited Law School
  • Barred in NC & SC
  • 3-5 years of Litigation experience
  • Nice to have:
    • Tort litigation experience
