Maintenance Technician - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift available

Location: Goshen, IN

Salary: $20- 29/hour - *$5/hr premium for 2nd and 3rd shift

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of industrial equipment, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts
Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools
Inspect machinery to identify potential issues or areas that require adjustment
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, identifying solutions to keep machines running smoothly
Fabricate and install new equipment as required
Collaborate with production team to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Qualifications

Proven experience as a maintenance technician
Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, wiring, and transformers
Experience in machine assembly and installation
Expertise in troubleshooting and machine repair
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to fabricate sheet metal
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
