Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficiency in production operations. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects in production.
Create and modify CAD drawings for new and existing products.
Conduct quality control assessments and implement corrective actions to uphold ISO standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design automation solutions and integrate robotics into production lines.
Perform materials engineering analysis to select the best materials for product manufacturing.
Assist in production planning and scheduling to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and process issues in the manufacturing environment.
Manage projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing capabilities and reducing costs.
Conduct statistical analysis to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, CAD software, and quality control principles.
Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in project management and statistical analysis techniques.
