Title: Manufacturing Manager - Chemical and Paint Mixing
Location: Lawrenceville, GA - On-Site
Salary: $110,000-$130,000/Year + Depending on experience
Requirements: Must have at least 5+ Years of Chemical, Paint Process Mix, Manufacturing, ISO, Kaizen, 5s, Paper Manufacturing background a plus

What you will be doing:

You will oversee the Chemical/Paint Mix and production department as well as maintenance and engineering functions. In this key position, the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for achieving the business plan and implementing, and adjusting processes and resources. You will also model the safety first behaviors we expect of all employees by ensuring that operational procedures, equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment.

Needs:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial, or related fields
5+ years of Manufacturing experience with leadership/management oversight
Chemical mixing, paint mixing - highly desired, printing, cartridge production or similar fields
ISO 9000/14000 knowledge and experience preferred
Budgeting, KPI's, Strategic vision
Ability to be hands on: Train, mentor and coach associates
Lean/Six-Sigma belt, TPM, 5s, Safety experience
