- BSME (MSME preferred) with 5+ years of valve design product development
- Hands on experience designing & developing at least one of the following medical device products: aortic heart valve, stents, transcatheter or related implantable devices
- Hands on experience working with Polymer valves
- Hands on experience with Cobalt Chromium
- 3D CAD (i.e. SolidWorks, ProE) & implantable or related materials experience
- Automation, process development experience
- Start up people only - need to be an "All-In" type of person who's not looking to hand off work to the next person
" Designing, driving, development & mechanical engineering for specialized, novel medical devices (heart valves) in a highly regulated environment
" Senior engineer leading mechanical design for our heart valves & other products
" Able to compile & summarize critical data and findings for key decision makers & decision making
" Evaluation of new technology
" Make & implement platform & technical decisions
" Help manage schedule & budget
