Customer Service Specialist - Industrial, CRM, phone/email support

WORK IS ONSITE - Central/Western NJ ( Chester, NJ Offices) - not a remote or hybrid role at this time.

JOB TYPE - Direct hire/Perm

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support for our customers with the installation, application, delivery/status and regarding any questions about our industrial products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience in customer service and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and client interface
Process and track orders, returns, and RMA requests
Assist with resolving customer issues and complaints
Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Provide outstanding customer service and act as a customer advocate
Represent the company at trade shows and events
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in SalesForce and/or other CRM applications
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

College degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce or other CRM Tools
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with outstanding problem-solving skills
