I spoke to the President of this heavy civil shop yesterday.
He told me that he's looking for an office engineer with 5+ years civil experience who can come in and help with work plans, lift plans, as built drawings, cranes (estimating exp would be a nice plus).
This job has all the normal stuff that a good job has (401k with match, health insurance, PTO, etc)
Plus, the main office is over in Newark so this opportunity would be perfect for heavy civil pros living in NJ who are tired of crossing the bridge and working in the city.
Lastly, I know that everyone's worked with a bum recruiter who won't tell you the name of the company that they're applying to.
