We are seeking a highly motivated Paralegal Contract Administrator to join our team, in a role where the ideally qualified candidate will be responsible for managing the contract administration process and providing legal support to our sales and customer service teams. 

Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare, medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries, but those with Legal/Paralegal assistant program or Paralegal Certification, regardless of the industry, will be considered.

In this role you will perform the following on an as needed basis:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
• Manage the contract administration process, including document tracking and version control.
• Provide legal support to sales and customer service teams regarding contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Assist with the drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve legal and contractual disputes.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Similar experience in the 2-3+ years experience desired, including direct experience in contract negotiation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and principles, and excellent communication and documentation/follow-up skills and comfort.
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries and products would be a PLUS, but is not a MUST have.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in sales support and customer service is a plus.

PLEASE NOTE - While we would like/need this person to be onsite at times, we are able to offer a hybrid schedule which will allow for flexibility of schedule and less commuting!
