- Handle a healthy caseload of personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
- Work closely with clients, medical providers, and negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions (including experts)
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
- 2+ Years of Experience in Personal Injury Law
- J.D. or Esquire
- Colorado Bar License
- Pre-Litigation Experience Required (intakes, mediation, settlement negotiations, etc.)
- Litigation Experience Preferred (discovery, depositions, trials, etc.)
