Role: Preconstruction Manager or Director
Salary: $120-160k+ DOE

We are a family-owned General Contracting and Construction Management company founded in 1965. With over 500 projects building commercial, industrial, educational, sports and religious facilities of all sizes and complexities.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Preconstruction Manager to join our team. They will oversee the preconstruction phase of our constriction projects, ensuring that all aspects of planning, budgeting, and coordination are handled efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management within the industrial/manufacturing/commercial sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and list of professionals we work with.
