Position Overview
The Priority Responder will be responding to emergency leads in real-time and providing vital support and promoting our trusted restoration and reconstruction services to impacted homeowners and commercial properties. The Priority Responder's primary responsibility is to arrive quickly to any scene of a fire or large sprinkler activation in order to consult with property owners impacted by fire damage to enable implementation of property recovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize fire and police scanners to respond to local calls and discern types of services needed.
Educate the consumer on recovery services and secure the sale.
Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and the local community.
Establish and maintain working relationships with customers/property owners.

Qualifications

Proven experience in disaster restoration fire chasing.
24/7 availability for prompt response to local emergencies
