Our clients would say they feel comfortable sharing their ideas with us and trusting execution without compromising design or functionality. We're expanding and looking for a Licensed Architect to join our team overseeing projects.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead our architectural design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, a valid architectural license, and experience working on diverse projects including retail and medical facilities. This role requires a creative thinker who can collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design projects and ensure they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, including HIPAA for medical projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed Architect with NCARB certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and architectural standards.
Experience in retail and medical facility design is preferred.
