Our services currently include HVAC, Roofing, Flooring and Drywall. With that we need someone with experience project managing and estimating Cap-Ex projects in the multifamily and light commercial space.

- 3+ years previous drywall multifamily service experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of drywall systems, applications and operations

- Manage the flow and accuracy of paperwork for the projects using companies internal software.
- Ensure procurement of materials and equipment for each project are within the budget constraints, and consistent with the project delivery schedule. Achieve maximization of profits and sustainable ROI by prudent and efficient resources.
- Works with management and staff to identify and negotiate contract change orders.
- Attend project status meetings and assists in problem solving efforts.
- Travel as required to attend, but not limited to, meetings, site visits, training, etc.
- Maintain required documentation in job folders and on the computer system to support the projects.
- Prepare necessary project close-outs with team at the end of projects.
- Increase project margins through efficiencies.
- Submit monthly order projection report to supervisors.
- Provide weekly job status, revenue, profit and warranty reports to company President.

As the Multifamily drywall operations manager, you will oversee and manage the individual jobs and field supervisors within the multifamily department and make sure they come in on time and at or under budget.
