We are a heavy civil sub focused on public works sewer and water infrastructure projects. As we grow we are looking to bring on a Project Manager, ideally one with this experience. Also open to Estimator/Superintendent experience.

Position Overview
The Project Manager / Estimator will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while providing accurate cost estimates for underground utility projects. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain budgetary guidelines while delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for underground utility projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids based on project specifications and requirements.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Conduct risk management analyses to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and financial performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or utility industry, with a focus on underground utility projects.
Strong estimating skills with a track record of preparing accurate bids and cost estimates.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the underground utility sector.
