Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Right Of Way processes and capital improvement projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
