Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope and objectives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

Proven working experience in project management in the construction sector.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Strong experience with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, and Bluebeam.
Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk software.
Experience managing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
