Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of glazing and waterproofing processes and be proficient in project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Create and manage project schedules and work plans
Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards
Manage procurement processes for project materials and resources
Review and approve submittals and take-offs for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with team members to optimize project execution and outcomes

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of glazing and waterproofing techniques
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of estimating and scheduling
OSHA certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
